Is there a fee for booking a party?
American Bachelor Party™ never charges a planning fee for organizing your event. You only pay the package or a-la-carte price.

What happens if there is an issue during the night of the party?
While we only deal with the most professional and trustworthy companies, issues do occasionally arise. Aside from having contact numbers for individuals at each stop along your party, you will be provided with a direct line to your personal American Bachelor Party™ concierge. We believe a personal touch is important, something that differentiates us from club promoters and other party planners. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

Is there a minimum number of people required to book a party?
There is no minimum number of people for the American Bachelor Party™ packages, though some of the events could cost more with less people. We are more than happy to accommodate your requests to the best of our abilities.

Do you provide an itinerary for the party?
We will provide your party planner with a full itinerary at least 3 days before the big weekend. It will have times, addresses, and contact people (Club Hosts, Restaurant Managers, Limo Drivers, etc.) for each event, as well as your personal American Bachelor Party™ concierge contact. The itinerary will also provide details of all that is included at each destination.

Can I book a party anywhere else besides NYC?
American Bachelor Party™ also offers packages in Atlantic City, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, and the Washington, D.C / Northern Virginia area. Beyond that, we are always working to expand our top-notch services to new cities.

One of my guests in under 21 years old. Can he still come to the party?
Packages are completely customizable. If someone can only attend part of the event, we are able to price that person different than everyone else.

When and how do I pay for the party?
American Bachelor Party™ accepts all major forms of payment. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking which is refundable up until 1 week before the event, at which point the remaining balance is due. Should you decide to cancel before the one week deadline, you will get back the full deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.
